Thanks for spreading the word Jay.The interesting thing for me is the growth in the number of people who own 1-9 "investment properties." I run into them at conferences, and you see them online a lot.I've always been curious about the number of homes owned by elected officials.

Upon further investigation, last week's job growth report and resulting interest rate decline wasn't as negative as it seems.3 great points made in this Reuters article:1. Worker participation rate still at an all-time high2. Construction jobs still increasing3. Hurricane Beryl hit Texas the week of the survey, resulting in a surge in people not working due to bad weather, and a lot of the layoffs considered temporary (similar to a furlough)https://lnkd.in/gatEBahp
