Love how @chase_uk don’t charge for withdrawing cash via a @Chase ATM in the US - they treat you like you are a customer of the same bank! Shame @HSBC_UK can’t do the same (and offer better FX rates!)

@ChaseSupport At least consider fill up the ATMs before closing for whatever reason. The next closest one is in Downton Jersey city and Bayonne has mostly senior residents who don’t have access to other branches. Think about that!

@Chase your #customerservice is #pathetic. If have branch hours you might want to adjust them if your associates won’t stick around to help customers until the branch actually closes for the day. Or empower your tellers to help. They usually are your best employees. #FAIL

@Chase No monthly fees to bank with you. It is crazy that a person has to pay monthly fees to keep a checking account, no matter the amount of money in it. As a bank, you should be paying the customer to bank with you, not the the other way around.

@ChaseSupport I’m calling to cancel a credit card transaction with Domino’s. They delivered Sandwiches to my residence but did not deliver the other half of the order - which were three (3) milkshakes. I was trying to contact them on their site but it is virtually impossible.
